摘　　要：随着社会不断的发展,时代发展进步的主题已经慢慢被绿色环保所取代,由于文化不断的昌盛繁荣以及社会经济的快速发展,人们的生活和生产对纸张的需求越来越大,而现代工业技术让纸张生产率不断上升的同时,也使得纸张生产成本降低。即使现在已经是数字化时代,也不能改变人们对纸张持续上升的需求,那么如何更好地循环利用废纸,是如今值得社会各界重视的问题。本文通过对废纸种类和现状的阐述,并分析未来废纸利用的发展方向,最后提出关于建立完善的废纸回收体系的相关措施,希望能够有效提升我国废纸利用率,支持绿色资源并保护人类有限的资源。With the continuous development of society, the theme of the development of the times has gradually been replaced by green environmental protection. Due to the continuous prosperity of culture and the rapid development of social economy, the demand for paper in people＇s life and production is growing. While modern industrial technology continues to increase paper productivity, it also reduces paper production costs. Even if it is already in the digital age, it cannot change the people＇s growing demand for paper. So how to better recycle waste paper is a problem that is worthy of attention from all walks of life. This paper explains the types and status quo of waste paper and analyzes the future development direction of waste paper utilization. Finally, it puts forward relevant measures for establishing a complete waste paper recycling system, hoping to effectively improve the utilization rate of waste paper in China, support green resources and protect human limited resources.
