摘 要:《平板玻璃工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB 26453-2011)实施后,平板玻璃工业的二氧化硫、氮氧化物、颗粒物等大气污染物排放量得到有效降低。本文对中国、美国、欧盟平板玻璃排放控制要求进行了研究,对比了污染物项目、标准限值、非正常排放期间管控等方面的异同,通过借鉴国外标准的制定思路,对我国平板玻璃大气污染物排放标准提出修改建议,如增加管控因子、制定特别排放限值、非正常排放精细化控制等,为提高我国平板玻璃工业大气污染管控水平提供参考。After the implementation of the "The National Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Flat Glass Industry" (GB 26453-2011), the emission of atmospheric pollutants such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter in the flat glass industry in China has been effectively reduced. This paper studies the emission control requirements of flat glass in China, the United States and the European Union, and compares the similarities and differences between pollutants, standard limits and control during abnormal emissions. By drawing on the ideas of foreign standards, we propose suggestions for the revision of China's flat glass air pollutant emission standards, such as increasing control factors, setting special emission limits, and controlling irregular emissions. To provide reference for improving the level of air pollution control in China's flat glass industry.
