外卖固体废弃物处理方案的优化设计

摘  要:随着外卖的不断增多,其固体废弃物产生量变得十分巨大。这些固体废弃物能否合理处理、能否减少其对环境造成的影响,也是人们广泛关注的问题。所以,制定一个优化、可行的处理方案十分重要。本文通过建立线性加权的多目标规划模型,对本地区外卖产生的固体废弃物设计了一个处理方案:对于纸质废弃物、塑料废弃物、泡沫废弃物,直接填埋占比11%,焚烧占比74%,回收处理占比15%;对于金属废弃物,直接填埋占比4%,焚烧占比79%,回收处理占比17%;对于食品残余物,直接填埋占比15%,焚烧占比64%,堆肥占比21%。经分析,这个优化方案的可行性可以保证,其对环境的长期影响较小。With the increasing number of take-aways, the amount of solid waste generated has become enormous. Whether these solid wastes can be handled properly and whether they can reduce their environmental impact is also a widespread concern. Therefore, it is very important to develop an optimized and feasible treatment plan. By establishing a linearly weighted multi-objective programming model, this paper designs a treatment plan for solid waste generated in the region: for paper waste, plastic waste, foam waste, direct landfill accounted for 11%, incineration accounted for 74%, recycling treatment accounted for 15%; for metal waste, direct landfill accounted for 4%, incineration accounted for Compared with 79%, recycling treatment accounted for 17%; for food residues, direct landfill accounted for 15%, incineration accounted for 64%, and compost accounted for 21%. After analysis, the feasibility of this optimization scheme can guarantee that its long-term impact on the environment is small.
