摘　　要：建设项目环保竣工自主验收期间,建设单位应按照国家规定的标准和程序,如实查验、监测、记载建设项目环境保护设施的建设和调试情况,对配套建设的环境保护设施进行验收,编制验收报告。本文针对建设单位在开展建设项目竣工环保自主验收工作中的难点,解决政策把握、验收自查内容和项目变化情况的确定、环保设施效率评估以及监测工况调整等方面的难题。During the self-acceptance acceptance of environmental protection completion of construction projects, the construction unit shall truthfully inspect, monitor and record the construction and commissioning of environmental protection facilities of the construction project in accordance with the standards and procedures set by the state. At the same time, the environmental protection facilities of the supporting construction will be checked and accepted, and the acceptance report will be prepared. This paper addresses the difficulties in the construction unit＇s self-checking and acceptance of construction projects, and solves the problems of policy grasping, self-examination of self-examination and project changes, environmental protection facility efficiency assessment and monitoring condition adjustment.
