摘  要:在轴用材料40Cr钢表面制备了Ni-Co/SiC复合镀层,并研究了镀液中SiC微粒的质量浓度、脉冲占空比、脉冲频率和镀液温度对复合镀层中SiC微粒的质量分数的影响。结果表明:随着镀液中SiC微粒的质量浓度的增加、脉冲频率的提高及镀液温度的升高,复合镀层中SiC微粒的质量分数呈先升高后降低的趋势;随着脉冲占空比的增大,复合镀层中SiC微粒的质量分数逐渐降低。在SiC 10g/L、脉冲占空比20%、脉冲频率1kHz、镀液温度40℃的条件下,在40Cr钢表面获得了比较均匀、致密的Ni-Co/SiC复合镀层。该复合镀层中SiC微粒的质量分数为5.86%,SiC微粒在复合镀层中分布比较均匀。Ni Co/SiC composite coatings were prepared on shaft material (40Cr steel), and the effects of mass concentration of SiC particles in the bath, pulse duty cycle, pulse frequency and bath temperature on the mass fraction of SiC particles in composite coatings were investigated. Results showed that the mass fraction of SiC particles in composite coatings increased first and then decreased with the increasing of mass concentration of SiC particles in the bath as well as pulse frequency and the rising of bath temperature, while it decreased gradually with the increasing of pulse duty cycle. Under the conditions of SiC particles dosage of 10 g/L, pulse duty cycle of 20%, pulse frequency of 1 kHz and bath temperature of 40℃, a more uniform and compact Ni Co/SiC composite coating containing 5. 86% SiC particles on 40Cr steel can be obtained, SiC particles uniformly dispersed in this composite coating.
