摘 要:以27SiMn合金钢为基体,在氨基磺酸盐镀液中电沉积镍-钴合金镀层。通过调节镀液中氨基磺酸钴的质量浓度,获得了不含钴的镀镍层及钴的质量分数为7.3%、15.6%、32.7%、41.4%的四种镍-钴合金镀层。研究了镀层中钴的质量分数对镀层的内应力、显微硬度和抗拉强度的影响。结果表明:随着镀层中钴的质量分数的升高,镀层的内应力、显微硬度和抗拉强度呈相似的变化趋势;当镀层中钴的质量分数为32.7%时,镀层的内应力、显微硬度和抗拉强度均达到最大值,分别为42MPa、5 467MPa、837MPa。Nickel cobalt alloy coatings were electrodeposited on 27SiMn alloy steel substrate from sulfamate bath. A nickel coating without cobalt and four kinds of nickel cobalt alloy coatings containing various mass traction of cobalt (7.3%, 15.6%, 32.7%, 41.4%, respectively) were obtained by adjusting the mass concentration of cobalt sulfamate in sulfamate bath. The influence of mass fraction of cobalt on the internal stress, microhardness and tensile strength of the coatings was studied. Results showed that there was a similar trend of change in the internal stress, microhardness and tensile strength of the coatings between various mass fraction of cobalt. When the mass fraction of cobalt was 32.7%, the internal stress, microhardness and tensile strength reach the maximum of 42 MPa, 5 467 MPa and 837 MPa, respectively.
