钾盐滚镀锌“镀件滚筒眼”的故障解析

摘　　要：结合12个典型实例,分析了钾盐滚镀锌出现"镀件滚筒眼"故障的原因,并相应地给出了故障处理方法,以期为同行提供参考。"镀件滚筒眼"故障的诱因包含6个方面:镀液基本组分失调、阴极电流密度过大、镀液中产生杂质、镀液pH值过高、滚筒原因、零件混装不合理。Combined with twelve typical instances, the causes about the faults of cylinder holes in sylvite zinc barrel plating were analyzed, and the treatment methods for the faults were given, looking forward to provide some references for related researchers and engineers. The causes about the faults of cylinder holes contains six aspects, imbalance of the basic components of bath, overhigh cathode current density, impurities in the bath, overhigh pH value, causes of the cylinder, unreasonable mixed parts.
