摘 要:制备了苹果酸-氯化胆碱低共熔溶剂,并研究了其电导率及电化学窗口。采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪,分析了镀层的微观结构及成分。结果表明:电导率随温度的升高而增加。低共熔溶剂的电化学窗口较宽,具有较好的稳定性。镀层的微观形貌随电流密度的增大由微粒状转变为针状。镀层为纯镍层。与黄铜基体相比,镀层具有更好的耐蚀性。Malic acid choline chloride deep eutectic solvent was prepared, and the electrical conductivity and electrochemical window of deep eutectic solvent were studied. The microstructure and composition of the coatings were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and X ray diffractometer. Results showed that the electrical conductivity increased with the rising of temperature. The deep eutectic solvent has a wide electrochemical window and good stability. The microstructure of the coatings changed from granular to needle like with the increase of current density. The coating was pure nickel coating, and its corrosion resistance was better than that of brass substrate.
