摘  要:介绍了一种锌-镍合金电镀工艺,该工艺具有操作方便、镀液稳定、镀层易钝化等特点。采用中性盐雾试验评价了锌-镍合金镀层的耐蚀性,并对锌-镍合金镀层的截面形貌及成分进行了分析。结果表明:锌-镍合金镀层光亮、平整,结晶细致、均匀,镀层中镍的质量分数约为14%,其耐蚀性比镀锌层和镀镉层的耐蚀性好。A process for electroplating of zinc nickel alloy coating was introduced, which is characterized by convenient operation, stable plating solution and easy passivation of the coating. The corrosion resistance of zinc nickel alloy coating was evaluated by means of neutral salt spray test, and the cross section morphology and composition of zinc nickel alloy coating were analyzed. Results showed that the zinc nickel alloy coating was bright and smooth with fine and uniform crystal. The mass fraction of nickel in zinc nickel alloy coating was about 14%, the corrosion resistance of zinc nickel alloy coating was better than that of zinc coating and cadmium coating.
