摘 要:通过扫描电镜、红外分析、容重法和万能材料拉伸试验机等分析测试手段,研究了碳骨架的扩张粗化工艺。探讨了过硫酸铵的质量浓度、硫酸的体积分数对碳骨架的表面形貌、多孔镍的表面形貌、亲水官能团的组成、容重及压缩性能等的影响。碳骨架扩张粗化的最优工艺参数为:过硫酸铵200g/L,硫酸100mL/L,扩张粗化时间40min。By means of scanning electron microscope, infrared analysis, bulk density method and universal tensile testing machine, the expansion and coarsening process of carbon skeleton was studied. The effects ofthemass concentration of ammonium persulfate and the volume fraction of sulfuric acid on the surface morpbology of carbon skeleton, the surface morphology of porous nickel, and the composition of hydrophilic functional groups, bulk density and compressive property were investigated. The optimal parameters of expansion and coarsening process of carbon skeleton were as follows: ammonium persulfate 200 g/L, sulfuric acid 100 mL/L, expansion and coarsening time 40 min.
