摘 要:采用脉冲电沉积技术在45#钢基体上制备Ni-MoS_2复合镀层。研究了MoS_2的质量浓度对镀层形貌及结构的影响,并探讨了MoS_2的质量浓度和载荷对镀层摩擦学性能的影响机制。结果表明:加入MoS_2微粒后得到的镀层与基体结合较好,镀层厚度随MoS_2的质量浓度的增加而增大。当MoS_2的质量浓度为4g/L时,镀层厚度约为100μm,显微硬度约为6 070 MPa。随着MoS_2的质量浓度的增加,镀层的摩擦因数降低,而磨损率升高。当MoS_2的质量浓度为4g/L时,镀层的摩擦因数约为0.25,磨损率约为3.5×10-3 mm3/(N·m)。Ni MoS2 composite coatings were prepared on 45# steel substrate by pulse electrodeposition. The effect of MoS2 mass concentration on the morphology and microstructure of the coatings was investigated, and the influence mechanism of MoS2 mass concentration and load on the tribological properties of the coatings were discussed. Results showed that the coating containing MoS2 particles possesses high bonding strength with substrate, and the thickness of the coatings was increased with the increasing of MoS2 mass concentration. When the MoS2 mass concentration was 4 g/L, the coating with thickness of about 100μm and microhardness of about 6 070 MPa. With the increasing of MoS2 mass concentration, the ffiction coefficient of the coatings was decreased, while the wear rate was increased. When the MoS2 mass concentration was 4 g/L, the coating with a ffiction coefficient of 0.25 and wear rate of 3.5×10-3mm3/(N·m).
