摘 要:采用电絮凝方法处理含铬废水。考察了电压、Cr(VI)的初始质量浓度对Cr(VI)去除率的影响,以及处理过程中溶液pH值的变化。在此基础上,研究了Cr(VI)的去除原理,并利用动力学方程对电絮凝过程中Cr(VI)的质量浓度进行预测。结果表明:在电絮凝过程中,溶液pH值随反应时间的延长不断上升,在达到10之后趋于平缓;电压升高有利于提高Cr(VI)的去除率;电絮凝过程中Cr(VI)的质量浓度变化符合准一级动力学模型。The wastewater containing chromium was treated by electroflocculation. The effects of voltage and initial mass concentration of Cr(VI) on the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) , and the change of pH value in treatment process were investigated. On this basis, the removal mechanism of Cr(Ⅵ) was studied and the mass concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) during the electroflocculation process was predicted by using kinetic equation. Results showed that the pH value of solution increased gradually and changed slowly after pH 10 during the electroflocculation process. The rise of voltage was beneficial for the removal of Cr(Ⅵ). The mass concentration of Cr (Ⅵ) during electroflocculation process accorded with the pseudo first order kinetic model.
