摘 要:目的调查全面二孩政策开放后,二孩孕妇的孕产期健康教育需求现状,并对相关因素及应对策略进行分析探讨。方法选取2016年10月~2017年1月在我院建档的二胎孕妇240例作为研究对象,对其一般资料、第一次妊娠时参加孕妇学校情况、孕产期健康教育课程需求情况进行问卷调查,对结果进行统计学分析。结果二孩孕妇中高龄孕妇比例高达26.25%,两次妊娠间隔时间较长,间隔5~10年的占45.00%,超过10年的占13.75%,且80.62%的二孩孕妇第一次妊娠期间未参加过孕妇学校;二孩孕妇对调查的11项孕产期健康教育课程平均需求率不高,为40.19%,其中,产后康复(72.50%)和二孩妈妈孕产期保健(58.75%)两项课程需求突出,排前两位。结论二孩孕妇妊娠风险高,其孕产期健康教育需求特点突出,但主动学习意愿不强,应重视该人群的风险知识宣教,改革创新孕妇学校课程内容及授课形式,满足二胎孕妇人群健康教育需求的同时,提高其参与积极性。Objective To investigate the current situation of second-child pregnant women's requirements for health education under the Universal Two-Child Policy, explore improvement strategies of pregnant women school.Methods The second-child pregnant women newly building cards in the hospital were investigated by a questionnaire from October 2016 to January 2017. The contents of investigation are including:characteristics, the participation in the pregnant women school during last pregnancy, needs situation of health education courses in pregnancy and puerperal period. The results were analyzed statistically.Results The rate of women with advanced maternal age was up to 26.25% in the population of pregnant women bearing their second child,and the interval between twice pregnancies was generally long, the rates of interval 5~10 years and >10 years were 45.00% and 13.75%. Additionally, most of the second-child pregnant women hadn't attended the pregnant women school during their first pregnancy with a percentage of 80.62%;The demand rate of health education courses was lower than expected(40.19%).11 courses were investigated, among them, the postpartum rehabilitation course and perinatal care of second-child pregnant women course were especially popular(72.50%,58.75%).Conclusion The risk of second-child pregnant women during pregnancy was high, but their active learning desire was not strong.Therefore,more attention should be paid to risk education for second-child pregnant women.To improve the motivation of second-child pregnant women to participate in pregnant women school,it is necessary to reform curriculum content and form of pregnant women school based on their health education demand characteristics.
