摘  要:本文从汽车线束造成电磁干扰的机理出发,指出搭铁电流干扰和导线间的串扰是造成线束电磁干扰的两种主要机理。从搭铁、屏蔽及双绞、布线3个重要方面阐述汽车线束开发过程中所需要遵循的设计规范。通过3个典型电磁干扰故障案例,介绍如何依据设计原则来分析并排除电磁干扰故障的方法。By analyzing the mechanism of electromagnetic interference caused by automobile wire-harness, it is pointed out that grounding current interference and crosstalk between wires are two major forms of electromagnetic interference caused by wire-harness. Then, design criteria during wire-harness development process are described from three important aspects, the grounding, shielding and twisted pair, and routing. Finally, through three typical cases of electromagnetic interference, how to analyze and eliminate the electromagnetic interference thuh according to design principles is introduced.
