摘　　要：抗战时期,潮汕地区处于一个天灾人祸并行的失范年代。彼时,潮汕一域的慈善救助事业却得到了较快的"发展"。其中,由海外潮人和本地善堂兴办的民间慈善活动是战时潮汕慈善救助事业的主体部分,官方的民生举措则远逊之。无论是民间善举还是官方举措,战时潮汕慈善救助事业都不仅是一种有关人道与故土情怀的表现,更是一种现实逼迫下的应激性、普遍性的社会反映。During the Anti-Japanese War, Chaoshan area was in turmoil. However, the regional charity flourished unprecedentedly, of which the relief work of the overseas Chaoshan people and local charitable institutions constituted the main part, while that of the government was much less.In fact, governmental or nongovernmental, the area's charities during the War not only expressed humanitarianism and localism, but also reflected the society's unanimous reaction to the harsh reality.
