摘 要:为保障高压空气气源站用气源压缩机的高压化、小型化、轻量化,经计算与分析采用主副连杆形式研发出六星型往复压缩机结构,经三维模拟设计、轻质材料应用、型式试验验证,最终完成50 MPa星型空气压缩机的自主研制,本文总结的研制经验,对主副连杆结构在往复活塞式压缩机的实际应用具有重要指导意义。In order to ensure the high pressure, miniaturization and high weight of the gas source compressor for high pressure air source station, the six-star reciprocating compressor structure had been developed through the calculation and analysis using the main and auxiliary connecting rods. Based on three-dimensional simulation design, lightweight material application and type test verifica-tion, 50 MPa star type of air compressor was self-developed finally. The research and developed experiences summarized in the paper have significant guidance for the actual application of main and auxiliary connecting rods structure in reciprocating screw compressor.
