摘 要:实践证明冷冻机油的理化指标不能全部反映其实际运行特性,特别是冷冻机油的劣化。因此对冷冻机油进行台架评定,用实际制冷系统考核冷冻机油的劣化过程在工程实际中有重要的意义。搭建了螺杆制冷压缩机油的评定台架,采用加速劣化的方法开展了冷冻机油的台架评定测试,对2种冷冻机油的测试展示了冷冻机油的劣化过程,反映了冷冻机油的质量水平。It has proved that the physical and chemical indicators of refrigeration oil sometimes failed to reflect its actual operating characteristics, especially the deterioration of refrigeration oil. Therefore, the bench evaluation of refrigeration oil, in particular the deterioration process of the actual evaluation of the refrigeration system refrigerant oil, has important significance in engineering practice. In this paper, the bench evaluation of the screw refrigeration compressor oil was buit, and the bench evaluation test of the refrigerating oil was carried out under degradation accelerated working conditions. Testing demonstrated the degradation process of the refrigeration oil, and indicated the quality level of the oil.
