摘  要:对于多级往复式高压压缩机,由于气缸内压缩气体高温高压,压力传感器安装困难,气缸压力的变化情况一直没有准确掌握。采取气阀阀杆钻孔的方法,在不破坏气缸体结构的情况下,成功测取了4缸不同工况下气缸压力的变化情况。结合压缩机不同工况下的测试结果,对该型压缩机吸气压力、各缸压力变化、气阀颤振等情况进行了分析,这对掌握该型压缩机的气缸压力特点,提高压缩机工作效率有一定工程应用价值。For high pressure multistage reciprocating compressor, the temperature and pressure of compressed gas in the cylinder is high, and the pressure sensor installation is difficult, which contributes to difficult access to the accurate change of cylinder pressure.In this paper, by the method of drilling valve stem, the change of four cylinder pressure under different working conditions was successfully measured without damaging the cylinder body structure. Based on the test results of compressor under different working conditions, this paper analyzed the suction pressure of the compressor, the pressure change of each cylinder, and the flutter of the air valve. It has a certain engineering application value to master the cylinder pressure characteristics of the compressor and improve the compressor working efficiency.
