摘 要:为了应对混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀问题,研发了低成本500 MPa级稀土耐氯离子腐蚀钢筋。重点介绍了HRB500cE钢筋的化学成分、生产工艺、冶炼轧制过程的控制要点以及产品各项性能检验情况。试验结果表明:HRB500cE稀土耐氯离子腐蚀钢筋满足国标GB 1499.2-2007对HRB500E热轧带肋钢筋的常规力学性能要求;与HRB400钢筋相比较,HRB500cE具有更高的耐氯离子腐蚀能力。In order to shoot the trouble that the reinforcing steel bars were corroded in reinforced concrete, the low-cost 500 MPa reinforcing steel bar with chloride ion corrosion resistance containing rare-earth was developed. Particularly the chemical compositions, production process, controlling key points during steel-smelting and steel-rolling and property tests of the steel products on the part of the HRB500cE reinforcing steel bar were introduced. The tested results showed that the HRB500cE steel bar with chloride ion corrosion resistance containing rare-earth could meet the requirements of the conventional mechanical property required by the HRB500E hot-rolled ribbed steel bar specified in standard GB 1499.2-2007. Comparing with the HRB400 reinforcing steel bar, the resistance to chloride ion corrosion of the HRB500cE reinforcing steel bar was much stronger.
