摘 要:提出一种以江水为高温冷源的温湿度独立控制空调系统(THICS)的设计方案,该方案将一定温度(23℃左右)的江水通入埋设在地下一定深度的埋管换热器中,利用土壤在一定深度下常年保持恒温的特性,使江水与土壤恒温层进行换热,使得换热后的高温冷水能够满足THICS的使用要求。利用GAMBIT建立地埋管换热模型,然后导入FLUENT中进行非稳态数值求解,模拟分析了管内流速大小、埋管材质导热系数和土壤导热系数三个因素对水平埋管换热器换热性能的影响情况,并通过实例模拟分析,证明该方案在水源充足地区应用可行性。This paper presents a river as a high temperature cooling source in temperature and humidity independently control air-conditioning system, the scheme will place the water at a certain temperature into the buried pipe heat exchanger underground, utilizing the soil characteristics of perennial to keep constant temperature in a certain depth in so that the water and soil layer of constant temperature exchange heat, what’s more, the indoor temperature could be controlled. This paper analyzes the heat exchange process of tube heat exchanger buried, using GAMBIT to establish the ground heat exchanger model, and then import into the FLUENT for solving the unsteady numerical simulation analysis,the fluid velocity in pipe, pipe material coefficient of thermal conductivity and thermal conductivity of the soil of three factors on the level of effect of buried tube heat transfer behavior change heat exchanger, which proved the feasibility of the scheme in the application of sufficient water area.
