摘 要:本文以某实际工程中央空调系统为对象,通过实地测试风管清洗前后内壁面的积尘量和送风口风速,并对所测数据进行了对比分析,再以该空调系统为基础,计算了同一风量和管径、不同壁面粗糙度情况下的比摩阻。结果显示,风管清洗后,管壁积尘量被有效清除,送风品质得到明显提高。送风的速度和风量有所增加,但幅度较小。管路输配阻力降低,风机运行功率减小。这说明空调清洗对于提高送风质量和节省运行费用有积极而重大的意义,为业主进行空调系统清洗提供借鉴和指导。Taking a practical engineering of central air conditioning system as research object, this paper compares and analyzes the testing data which comes from testing dust accumulation and outlet air velocity before cleaning and after cleaning duct, then the frictional resistance is calculated base on the condition of same volume and different wall roughness. Results show that after cleaning duct the amount of dust deposited on the pipe wall is removed effectively, the quality of air supply is improved obviously, the speed and volume of air supply increased slightly, the transmission resistance of the pipeline and the running power of the fan are reduced. All this indicate that cleaning air conditioning has positive and important significance to improve air supply quality and save operation cost, in order to provide reference and guidance for owner to clean air-conditioning system.
