摘 要:目的了解三级甲等医院手术室护士工作投入度的现状,分析其影响因素,为保证手术室护士高质量完成工作提供依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、Utrecht工作投入量表(Utrecht work engagement scale, UWES),对北京市4所三级甲等公立医院的361名手术室护士进行问卷调查并分析。结果北京市三级甲等公立医院手术室护士工作投入度总分是(57.30±11.68)分,处于中等水平,其中奉献维度的条目均分最高,为(3.61±0.87)分,活力维度最低,为(3.12±1.03)分。工作年限和职称是手术室护士工作投入度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护理管理者需要通过合理的工作安排和适度的人文关怀调动手术室护士的工作积极性,从而确保员工活力,改善手术室护士的工作投入。Objective To investigate the status quo of job engagement among nurses in operation room of the Class 1 Grade A hospitals in Beijing, and analyze its influencing factors so as to provide basis for ensuring high quality service of nurses in the operation room. Method Using the Utrecht work engagement scale (UWES) as a survey tool, 361 operating room nurses from 4 Class I Grade A public hospitals in Beijing were engaged in the investigation. Results The total score on job engagement of the nurses in the operation room was (57.3±11.68), at a middle level. The score on dedication dimension was the highest (3.61±0.87), and the score on vitality dimension the lowest (3.12±1.03). Length of employment and professional titles were the influencing factors of job engagement (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Nursing managers need to increase the enthusiasm of nurses in the operation room through reasonable work arrangements and appropriate humanistic care, so as to ensure the vitality of the staff and improve the work engagement of nurses in the operation room.
