摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病性肌梗死的临床特点和护理观察要点,为临床护理该类患者提供护理经验。方法对1例糖尿病性肌梗死患者的临床资料进行分析,结合相关文献复习,通给予患者强化降糖、降压、左下肢制动、止痛、抗血小板等治疗及护理。结果入院5d后患者左下肢疼痛缓解,肿胀范围逐渐缩小,关节活动度逐渐增大,住院19d,病情明显好转出院。结论糖尿病性肌梗死是糖尿病少见的并发症,该病的早期识别和正确护理对于改善患者预后具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation and to share nursing experience on diabetic muscle infarction. Methods A case diagnosed with diabetic muscle infarction was analysed according to clinical manifestation. Relevant papers in the literature were reviewed, key points of caring and management of the disease were done,including reducing blood sugar, blood pressure, immobilizing left lower limb,analgesia and antiplatelet. Result The pain in the left lower limb of the patient was greatly relieved, swelling of the mass gradually subsided, and the extent of joint motion increased as compared to that on admission. Conclusion Diabetic muscle infarction is a rare complication. Early recognition and proper care are of utter importance for the prognosis of the patient.
