摘  要:为了研究船体纵荡、升沉及纵摇运动对钻杆力学性能及下放结构物横向偏移的影响,建立了简单的钻杆力学模型,基于API实例中的钻井船RAO,将波浪引起的船体运动简化为3个自由度的简谐运动,利用有限元软件分析了钻杆所受应力及下端偏移量受钻杆上端船体运动与波浪参数的影响。分析结果表明:船体的纵荡运动主要影响下放结构物的横向偏移量,纵摇运动主要影响钻杆所受最大应力,升沉运动对二者的影响甚微;钻杆所受最大应力及下端结构物横向偏移量随浪高的增加一致增大,在实际工程中应重点考虑恶劣天气下的波浪高度,避免不必要的损失和事故。所得结论可为借助钻杆安装水下结构物的工程应用提供参考。To study the effects of vessel surging, heave and pitch motion on the mechanical properties of the drill pipe and the lateral displacement of the descending structure, a simple drill pipe mechanical model is established. Based on the drilling ship RAO in the API example , the vessel motion is simplified to a simple harmonic motion with three degrees of freedom. The finite element software is used to analyze the effect of vessel motion and wave parameters on the drill pipe stress and the lower end displacement. The analysis results show that the vessel surging mainly affects the lateral displacement of the descending structure. The pitching motion mainly affects the maximum stress of the drill pipe. The heave motion has little influence. The maximum stress on the drill pipe and the lateral displacement of the lower structure increases with the increase of wave height. During operation, wave height under bad weather should be noted to avoid unnecessary losses and accidents. The study can be used as a reference for subsea structures installation by drill pipe.
