摘 要:在低温及环境载荷的综合作用下,极地作业的系泊导管架管节点焊接结构极易发生疲劳破坏,因此加强管节点低温疲劳特性研究具有重要意义。通过有限元软件对系泊导管架进行整体强度分析,并基于结构应力法和组合谱分析方法对飞溅区管节点进行疲劳评估。研究结果表明:在100 a重现期海况下,飞溅区管节点为系泊导管架的危险节点;在室温至-60℃范围,随着温度降低,420 MPa结构钢管节点焊缝疲劳性能有所提升;采用常规主S-N曲线进行低温焊缝疲劳评估存在一定误差; 420 MPa船用钢在低温下具有良好的疲劳性能,可以应用于极地地区海洋结构物建造,同时结构应力法可用于低温焊接结构疲劳强度评估。研究结果可为海洋工程结构的安全评价提供参考。Under the combined effect of low mooring jacket pipe joints in polar region is prone to temperature and environmental load, the welded structure of fatigue failure. Therefore, it is of great significance to strength en the study of low temperature fatigue characteristics of pipe joints. The overall strength analysis of the mooting jacket was carried out using finite element software. The fatigue assessment of the pipe joints of splash zone was completed based on the structural stress method and the combined spectral analysis method. The results show that the pipe joint in splash zone of the mooting jacket is in dangerous in lO0-year return period environmental loads. The fatigue performance of the weld of the 420 MPa structural steel pipe joint is improved with the temperature de- creasing from room temperature to -60 ℃. There is a certain error in the assessment of weld fatigue at low tempera- ture using conventional main S-N curve. The 420 MPa steel has a good fatigue performance at low temperature and can be applied to the construction of offshore structures in polar region. The structural stress method can be used to evaluate the fatigue strength of welded structures at low temperature.
