摘  要:连续管设备在高压油气井应用中,注入头和防喷盒之间连续管的压曲载荷是决定施工安全的一个重要参数。该段管有残余曲率,但以前对该处管道压曲载荷的求解中,将该处管道简化为直管,计算结果不够准确。考虑连续管的屈曲形态,运用曲梁理论推导出曲管压曲载荷新公式。研究发现连续管失效点位于连续管中间位置凹侧外径处,失效形式为材料的受压屈服。压曲载荷与连续管长度成二次方反比关系,与连续管径厚比成一次方的正比关系,连续管长度对压曲载荷的影响较大。研究结果对连续管的现场应用有一定的指导作用。In the application of coiled tubing in high-pressure oil and gas wells, the buckling load of the coiled tubing between the injector head and the stripper is an important parameter to determine the construction safety. The coiled tubing in this section has residual curvature, which was simplified to straight tubing in previous study on the tubing buckling load, resulting in inaccurate calculation result. Considering the buckling shape of the coiled tubing, the new formula of the buckling load of the curved coiled tubing is derived by using the curved beam theory. It is found that the failure point of the coiled tubing is located at the outer diameter of the concave side at the middle position of the coiled tubing. The failure form is compressive yield of the material. The buckling load is inversely quadratic proportional to the length of the coiled tubing, and is proportional to the coiled tubing diameter/ wall thickness ratio. The length of the coiled tubing has a great influence on the buckling load. The research results could provide certain guidance on the field application of coiled tubing.
