外文电子资源使用效益及优化配置研究——以西安建筑科技大学为例

摘　　要：高校图书馆外文电子资源的采购经费逐年增长。如何利用有限的经费,提升外文电子资源的保障率是各高校图书馆应该思考的问题。以西安建筑科技大学图书馆为例,通过对外文电子资源使用成本、利用效率以及核心期刊保障率的分析,提出优化外文电子资源配置的相关建议。At present, the procurement funding of foreign electronic resources in university libraries is increasing year by year. How to make use of limited funds to improve the guarantee rate of foreign electronic resources is a question that should be considered by every university library. Taking the Library of Xi＇an University of Architecture and Technology as an example, some suggestions on optimizing the allocation of foreign electronic resources are put forward through the analysis of the usage cost and utilization efficiency of foreign electronic re- sources and the guarantee rate of core periodical.
