A vitro experiment is designed to simulate gallstone generation in order to study the effect on the time of the orderly structure, growth rate and the orderly morphology and microstructure structure of adenine to metal ion-deoxycholic gel system. Scanner, stereomicroscope and electron scanning microscope are used to record the morphology of ordered structure, FTIR is used to analyze and characterize the microstructure of ordered precipitates. After a series of experiments, results showed that adenine participates in the coordination of sediment of any simulation systems and affects the ordered structure of any simulation systems. By the investigation of gallstone generation affected by adenine, students show their interests in learning. The experiment content has the features of stage and operation, has a close connection with student specialty, and is helpful to cultivate innovation ability of students.
