开放式计算机实验室的服务模式研究

摘　　要：开放式计算机实验室是高校实验室建设的一项重要内容,而实验室建成后的运维服务模式也至关重要。文章以威廉玛丽学院为例,介绍了开放式计算机实验室的服务模式。该校向用户提供了开放式计算机实验室空位的在线查找服务、各实验室间的"自动漫游"服务和校内外均可访问的网络存储服务,同时还提供了完善的技术支持服务。通过对威廉玛丽学院开放式计算机实验室服务模式的研究,为我们优化服务模式,提高服务水平,带来了许多有益的启示。Open computer laboratory is an important content of laboratory construction in colleges and universities. After the completion of the laboratory, its operation and maintenance service mode is also important. This paper introduces the service mode of open computer laboratory by taking College of William ＆ Mary as an example. The college provides users with an online search service for the free computers in the open computer laboratory. It provides users with “automatic roaming” service between laboratories. It provides users with the network storage that can be accessed from on campus or off campus. It also provides users with comprehensive technology support service. Through the research on the open computer laboratory service mode of College of William ＆ Mary, we have gotten many useful revelations to optimize the service mode and improve the service level.
