摘　　要：仪器设备管理工作是学校资产管理的重要组成部分。近年来,通过不断加强和完善仪器设备的管理制度,规范仪器设备的管理体制,高校基本实现了仪器设备全生命周期管理,并对仪器设备全生命周期管理模式下资产管理系统的相关问题进行研究。通过问卷调查的方式,对资产管理系统用户使用满意度及对相关影响因素进行统计分析;分析结果发现系统用户对通过资产管理系统进行固定资产申报、财务预约等都表示比较满意,但在使用系统的查询功能及销账功能时,遇到困难较多,对系统的查询功能及设备报废销账功能满意度较低。建议系统在后期维护及升级改造时,重点加强资产查询功能及报废销账功能的建设,进一步完善系统流程,使资产管理系统在仪器设备全周期管理过程中发挥相应的功能和作用。By taking Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an example, this paper investigates the related problems of the asset management system under the full life cycle management mode of the instrument and equipment. By using the questionnaire survey, we statistically analyze user satisfaction and the related influential factors of the asset management system. The analysis shows that users of the system satisfiy with fixed assets declaration process, and financial reservation process of the asset management system. However, the users face difficulties when they are using the inquiry function and the writing-off function of the system, and they have a very low satisfaction about the equipment scrapping and writing-off function. We suggest that when the system enters the phase of maintenance and upgrading, the main focus shall strengthen the assets inquiry function and the equipment scrapping / writing-off function, to further improve the system process, to improve and perfect the asset management system functions. These measures will make the system play a very important role in the whole lifecycle management process of the instrument and equipment management.
