“双一流”建设背景下高校生物实验室安全管理现状与对策

摘　　要：我国高校生物实验室在双一流建设背景下,安全管理水平相对落后,安全隐患日益凸显。针对我国高校生物实验室的安全现状及问题,借鉴国外实验室安全管理先进经验,对双一流大学建设背景下高校生物实验室安全管理进行探索。根据生物实验室的特点,将生物实验室的安全隐患分为:生物安全、化学品使用安全、实验设备使用安全和消防安全四类。逐步建立较为完善的生物实验室安全管理体系,具体措施包括:学校建立实验室安全考试系统、实验室安全培训、完善生物实验室安全制度;学院建立实验动物中心、开设生物学科实验室安全课程;系所建立"实验室安全承诺书"制度、建立学生实验室安全档案、现代信息技术在实验室安全管理中的应用等。Under the background of the national ＂Double First-class＂ construction, the management of biosafety has not kept pace with the development, and the security risks in biosafety lab are becoming more and more prominent. In view of the current situation and problems of biosafety in China, and referring to the advanced experience of laboratory safety management in foreign countries, we explored the safety management of biologic laboratories in universities under the background of the construction of ＂Double First-Class＂. According to the characteristics of biological labs, we divide the safety hazard of biological lab into four categories： biosafety, chemical safety, safety of laboratory equipment and general daily safety. The establishment of safety management system of biological laboratory is more complete, and specific measures include： at the university level, the establishment of laboratory safety examination system, laboratory safety training, and the improvement of biosafety system in biological laboratory; at the college level, the construction of experimental animal center, the opening of biology laboratory safety course; at the department level, establishment of ＂laboratory safety promise＂ system, establishment of student laboratory safety archives, and application of modern technology in laboratory safety management.
