摘　　要：通过文献分析、实地调研和实践创新相结合的研究方法,对高校院系设备管理与节能降耗的现状、问题与原因进行了分析,对如何做好设备管理与节能降耗进行了摸索。初步形成符合高校综合改革、院为实体条件下,高校院系设备管理节能提效的管理制度和责任体系,建立了高校院系大楼节能降耗提效方案,并对未来高校院系设备管理节能提效的工作前景进行了展望。Through the methods of literature analysis, field research and practical innovation, the status and problems of equipment management and reducing energy consumption in colleges and departments are analyzed, and measures for managing equipment well, saving energy and reducing consumption are explored. In accordance with the comprehensive reform of universities, a management and responsibility system of reducing energy consumption and improving equipment management in colleges and departments has been formed. The energy saving and consumption reduction scheme of colleges and departments building is set up, and the future of energy saving and equipment management is prospected.
