早期气管插管对新生儿急救复苏成功率的影响观察

摘　　要：目的观察早期气管插管对新生儿急救复苏成功率的影响。方法选取本院儿科收治的新生儿窒息患者60例,研究时段从2015年5月～2018年5月,根据随机数字表法的分组原则分为对照组(30例,传统复苏法急救)、研究组(30例,早期气管插管急救),比较分析两组阿氏评分、转ICU(重症加强护理病房)率、不良事件发生率等情况。结果研究组急救复苏1、5min的阿氏评分均显著较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组转ICU率以及不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论新生儿急救复苏中,早期进行气管插管,可有效提高新生儿窒息患者复苏成功率,降低转ICU率、不良事件发生率,效果显著,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the effect of early tracheal intubation on the successful rate of neonatal first aid and resuscitation. Methods 60 neonates with asphyxia who were admitted and treated in Department of Neonatology in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected. They were divided into the control group （traditional first aid and resuscitation） and the research group （early tracheal intubation）, with 30 in each group. A-family-score, rate of transferring to ICU （intensive care unit） and the incidence of adverse events of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results A-family-scores of first aid and resuscitation for 1 minute and 5minutes of the research group were both higher than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Rate of transferring to ICU and the incidence of adverse events of the research group were lower than those Of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Inneonatal first aid and resuscitation, early tracheal intubation can effectively improve he successful rate of neonates with asphyxia and reduce rate of transferring to ICU and the incidence of adverse events. It has significant curative effect, which is worthy of learning.
