哮喘患儿血清25-二羟维生素D3水平与哮喘严重程度及控制的关系

摘　　要：目的分析哮喘患儿血清25-二羟维生素D_3水平与其哮喘严重程度和控制的关联性。方法选取2015年1月～2017年12月于广东省韶关市第一人民医院儿科内收治的189例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,根据患儿的哮喘严重程度将其分为重度组(58例)、中度组(63例)和轻度组(68例),给予患儿标准基础治疗后,对比不同哮喘严重程度及控制效果患儿的血清25-二羟维生素D_3水平。结果不同严重程度哮喘患儿的血清25-二羟维生素D_3水平相比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),哮喘严重程度越高,患儿的血清25-二羟维生素D_3水平越低;不同病情控制效果患儿的血清25-二羟维生素D_3水平相比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),控制效果越高,患儿的血清25-二羟维生素D_3水平越高;哮喘患儿的血清25-二羟维生素D_3水平与哮喘严重程度及控制存在显著相关性(P <0.05)。结论儿童哮喘作为临床中常见的儿科疾病类型,患儿体内的血清25-二羟维生素D_3水平与哮喘的严重程度即控制效果存在明显的相关性,应加强对哮喘患儿的血清25-二羟维生素D_3水平监测。Objective To analyze the correlation between serum 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 level and severity and control of asthma in children with asthma. Methods One hundred and eighty-nine children with asthma who were admitted and treated in Department of Pediatrics in Shaoguan First People＇s Hospital of Guangdong province from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as research objects. According to the severity of asthma, children were divided into the severe group（58 eases）, the moderate group（63 eases） and the mild group（68 eases）. All children were given standard basic treatment. Serum 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 levels with different degree of severity and control of asthma were compared. Results Serum 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 level in children with different severity of asthma were different and the difference was statistieally signifieant（P 〈 0.05）. The severer the asthma is, the lower the serum 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 level is. Serum 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 levels under different control were different and the difference was statistically signifieant（P 〈 0.05）. The higher the control effect is, the higher the serum 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 level is. Serum 25- dihydroxyvitamin D3 level and severity and control of asthma in children with asthma were significantly eorrelated（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Asthma is a common type of pediatric disease in children. Serum 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 level in children has a significant correlation with the severity and control effect of asthma. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen monitoring of serum 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 level in children with asthma.
