产后2小时间断与持续按摩子宫预防产后出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨产后2h间断与持续按摩子宫预防产后出血的效果。方法选取2016年6月～2017年6月我院收治具有产后出血高危因素的孕产妇300例,按随机数字表法分为间断组和持续组,每组150例。间断组给予产后2h间断按摩子宫处理,持续组给予产后2h持续按摩子宫处理。比较两组产后出血发生率、产后2h出血量、产后12h出血量以及产后24h出血量。结果持续组产后出血发生率显著低于间断组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);持续组产后2h出血量、产后12h出血量、产后24h出血量显著低于间断组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论与产后2h间断按摩子宫相比,产后2h持续按摩子宫是一种更有效预防具有高危因素产后出血的方法。Objective To explore the effect of postpartum hemorrhage by 2 hours of postpartum and continuous massage of the uterus to prevent postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Three hundred pregnant women with high risk postpartum hemorrhage were selected from June 2016 to June 2017 in our hospitals and were according to the random number table divided into Interrupted group and Continuous group,150 eases in each group.Interrupted group received 2 hours postpartum interrupted uterine massage,Continuous group received 2 hours postpartum continuous uterine massage.The incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage,2h and 24h in patients with postpartum hemorrhage volume were compared between the two groups. Results The patients in the Continuous group the incidence rate of postpartum hemorrhage was significantly lower than that of the Interrupted group,2h,12h and 24h in patients with postpartum hemorrhage volume was lower than the Interrupted group,the difference was statistically significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with 2 hours postpartum interrupted uterine massage,it is a more effective method to prevent postpartum hemorrhage with high risk factors after 2 hours of postpartum massage.
