PDCA循环管理在小儿支气管炎护理中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环管理在小儿支气管炎护理中的应用价值。方法将我院2016年8月～2018年8月间收治的小儿支气管炎患儿120例作为研究对象,根据护理方案不同分为研究组及对照组,每组各60例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在此基础上融入PDCA循环管理,对比两组患儿护理干预效果。结果研究组依从性优良率(75.00%)较对照组(53.33%)更高(P <0.05);研究组满意度(96.67%)较对照组(85.00%)更高(P <0.05);研究组咳嗽、发热、喘憋消退时间较对照组更短(P <0.05);研究组总有效率(98.33%)较对照组(88.33%)更高(P <0.05)。结论在小儿支气管炎护理当中通过实施PDCA循环管理可进一步改善护理质量,提升患儿依从性,并起到辅助治疗作用,有利于缩短患儿症状消退时间。Objective To explore the application value of PDCA cycle management in nursing of children with bronchitis. Methods One hundred and twenty children with bronchitis who were admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to different nursing regimen,with 60 eases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the study group was given PDCA cycle management at basis of routine nursing.Effects of nursing intervention of two groups were compared. Results Excellent and good rate of compliance in the study group was 75.00%,higher than that of the control group 53.33% （P 〈 0.05）.The degree of satisfaction in the study group （96.67%） was higher than that of the control group （85.00%） （P 〈 0.05）.Time of cough,fever and asthma subsiding in the study group were shorter than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）.The total effective rate of the study group （98.33%） was higher than that of the control group （88.33%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of PDCA cycle management in nursing of children with bronchitis can further improve the quality of nursing,improve the compliance of children and playing an auxiliary role in treatment.It is beneficial to shorten the time of symptom subsiding in children.
