PFNA与股骨近端锁定板治疗不稳定型粗隆间骨折临床比较

摘　　要：目的研究不稳定型粗隆间骨折患者采取股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)与股骨近端锁定板治疗的临床价值。方法选择我院2015年3月～2018年1月纳入的60例不稳定型粗隆间骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组各30例,研究组采取PFNA,对照组采取股骨近端锁定,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率90.00%高于对照组76.67%(P <0.05);研究组的手术、住院、骨折愈合以及负重时间均短于对照组(P <0.05),且出血量低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组并发症发生率6.67%低于对照组16.67%(P <0.05)。结论不稳定型粗隆间骨折患者采取PFNA治疗效果显著,缩短治疗时间,促进肢体功能快速恢复,减少术后并发症,安全性高,为预后提供保障。Objective To study clinical value of proximal femoral nail antirotation （PFNA） and proximal femoral locking plate in the treatment of unstable intertroehanterie fraeture. Methods Sixty patients with unstable intertroehanterie fracture who were treated in our hospital were selected and they were divided into the research group and the control group according to random number method,with 30 eases in each group.The research group was given PFDA while the control group was given proximal femoral locking plate.Clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate of the reserch group was 90.00%,higher than that of the control group 76.67% （P 〈 0.05）.Time for operation,hospitalization,fr aeture healing and weight bearing of the research group were all shorter than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）,and blood loss was less than thai of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）.Incidence rate of complieations in the research group was 6.67%,lower than that of the control group 16.67% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PFNA in treatment of unstable intertroehanterie fracture has significant curative effects.It can shorted treatment tome,promote the rapid recovery of limb function and reduce postoperative complications.And it has high safely,which provides a guarantee for prognosis.
