摘  要:桑黄是一类具备重要药用价值的真菌,其主要药用成分为多糖、三萜类化合物、黄酮类化合物。利用设备制备不同粒径的桑黄粉,比较不同粒径的桑黄粉的多糖溶出率,结果表明:桑黄超微粉平均粒径达到4.75μm,溶出率大约是普通桑黄粉的1.75倍。Sanghuangporus sanghuang is a kind of fungus with important medicinal value. Its main medicinal ingredients are polysaccharides, three terpenoids and flavonoids. The Sanghuangporus san ghuang powder with different particle size was prepared by using equipment. Different particle sizes of Sanghuangporus sanghuang powder were compared for differences in polysaccharides dissolution rate. The average particle size of the ultrafine powder of Sanghuangporus sanghuang obtained was 4. 75μm, and the dissolution rate was approximately 1. 75 times that of ordinary Sanghuangporus sang huang powder.
