摘  要:使用胶体金免疫法原理的吡虫啉速测卡对桑叶吡虫啉农药残留进行检测,具有快速高效、灵敏度高、环境要求低、易于操作等优点。试验结果表明,吡虫啉速测卡可以检测出桑叶中96h内的微量吡虫啉农药残留,检测浓度可达0.05mg/L;经过家蚕生物鉴定和高效液相色谱检测,确定了吡虫啉速测卡检出结果的可靠性,明确了吡虫啉农药快速检测卡可以有效且快速的检测出桑树中的吡虫啉农药残留,服务于蚕业生产。The method of detecting pesticide residue of imidacloprid in mulberry leaves by using rapid detection card based on colloidal gold immunization has the advantages of fast measurement, effective ness, high sensitivity and low requirements of environment. The results of this test indicate imidaclo prid rapid detection card can detect the trace amount of imidacloprid pesticide residues in mulberry leaves within 96 hours, and the detectable concentration can reach 0.05 mg/L. The biological identification and HPLC determine imidacloprid rapid detection card is reliable, effective and rapid, which can be used in sericulture production.
