摘  要:介绍粘胶强捻纱的特点和质量要求,在实践中对关键工艺进行了优化:清梳联工序采用短流程、低速度、锡林刺辊大速比、柔性分梳,温湿度管理重点控制加湿不匀。通过上述措施,能够达到粘胶强捻纱质量好、纱疵少、织造效率高的要求。The characteristics, quality requirements and key combing technology optimization of viscose strong twisted yarn are studied. Measures such as short process, low speed, high cylinder and taker-in speed ratio, flexible combing were adopted in combing process. The temperature and humidity were controlled to ensure even humidification. The results showed that, by such measures, the viscose strong twisted yarn had good quality, fewer defects and high weaving efficiency.
