摘 要:探讨了过氧化氢/磷钨酸氧化体系中过氧化氢和磷钨酸用量以及低碳醇对催化裂化柴油安定性的影响。采用GC-MS对精制前后柴油进行了表征。结果表明,当反应温度30℃,反应时间2h,磷钨酸/过氧化氢/柴油的质量比为1∶8∶200时,FCC柴油安定性得到较大改善。精制后FCC柴油胶质脱除率高达60. 7%。GC-MS表明该体系能够将FCC柴油中的硫化物氧化为极性较大且稳定的化合物,甲醇作为溶剂能够较好的萃取除去不安定组分,从而提高FCC柴油安定性。The amounts of hydrogen peroxide and phosphotungstic acid and the influence of higher alcohol on the stability of FCC diesel were studied in the hydrogen peroxide-phosphotungstic acid system.The GC-MS was used to characterize refined diesel in contrast to pre-refined diesel.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 30℃,reaction time was 2 hours,the addtion ratio of phosphotungstic acid /hydrogen peroxide/diesel was 1 : 8 : 200,the stability of FCC diesel was greatly improved.The removal rate of colloid was as high as 60.7%.GC-MS indicated that the sulfide compounds were oxidized into the new compounds which were more polar and stable.Methyl alcohol as a solvent was used to remove unstable components by extraction,thereby improving the stability of FCC diesel oil.
