基于POI数据的安徽省酒店空间分布特征与影响因素研究

摘　　要：兴趣点(POI,point of interest)作为具有名称、类别、经纬度等信息的空间大数据,能够直观有效地反映酒店空间集聚特征。本研究采用酒店POI数据对安徽省酒店的空间分布特征及其影响因素进行分析研究,主要从两个方面开展:一是基于酒店POI数据对安徽省酒店空间分布特征进行核密度分析,得出安徽省酒店的分布以"合肥市为核心的大集聚,沿江沿河部分城市酒店高度集中,局部城市酒店小集聚"的特征,并运用GIS空间自相关分析方法探究安徽省酒店空间集聚自相关性特征,得到安徽省酒店空间分布的四类集聚类型。二是基于社会经济数据选取人口数量、旅游景点、可支配收入、人均GDP及人均消费建立与安徽省酒店POI数量之间的普通最小二乘回归(OLS)分析,得出安徽酒店空间分布存在区域差异性,结果显示安徽省酒店的空间分布差异与人口数量、旅游景点及可支配收入等因素呈显著正相关。As a big space data with name,class,latitude and longitude information,POI （point of interest） can reflect spatial aggregating features of the hotel intuitively and effectively.Based on POI data,the spatial distribution features and influential factors of hotel in Anhui Province was analysed mainly from two aspects：（1） the spatial distribution features of the hotels in Anhui Province were explored by using kernel dendity estimation.The result shows that Hefei was the core of hotels agglomeration,and there were a high agglomeration in some cities along rivers and a small agglomeration in several cities.Method of GIS spatial autocorrelation was used to study the spatial feature of hotels in Anhui Province and four types of agglomeration features were acquired.（2） the analysis of ordinarily least square （OLS） about the social and economic data including population,tourist attractions,disposable income,per capita GDP,per capita consumption and POI number of hotels of Anhui Province indicated the regional differences of hotels distribution in Anhui Province.There was a significant positive correlation between regional differences of hotels distribution and population size,number of tourist attractions,disposable income.
