摘  要:为了探讨有氧耐力运动对小鼠多种重要代谢酶活性的影响,从分子水平阐明运动降血脂的机制,将90只昆明种小鼠随机分成8组,正常饲料对照组(NC组)、高脂饲料对照组(HC组)、不同运动时间(短、中、长)有氧耐力运动+高脂饲料1大组、不同运动时间(短、中、长)有氧耐力运动+高脂饲料2大组。待小鼠造模成功后,分别对运动组小鼠进行有氧耐力运动训练(高脂饲料2组改为基础饲料)。训练结束后,摘除小鼠眼球取血检测血脂变化情况,并测定血清柠檬酸合酶(CS)、卵磷脂胆固醇脂酰基转移酶(LCAT)活性;取小鼠肝脏和心脏,分别测定小鼠肝脂酶(HL)、肝长链羟脂酰辅酶A脱氢酶(HACD)以及心脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)、心细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)活性。结果显示有氧耐力运动明显降低了高血脂小鼠血脂含量,运动+基础饲料组效果更为显著;各组在一定程度上均升高了血清CS、LCAT、心肌LPL、CCO、肝HL、ACDH活性(P <0. 01或P <0. 05),但运动1组和运动2组的酶学改变并不都具有显著性差异。该研究表明有氧耐力运动可通过改变糖、脂肪以及胆固醇等有关代谢关键酶活性,增强脂肪酸的有氧氧化,减少肝脏脂肪合成,增强肝脏胆固醇转化,从而达到降血脂的目的,且其降脂作用与运动时间长度显著相关。The study was to investigate the effect of aerobic endurance exercise on the activities of several important metabolic enzymes in mice,and to elucidate the mechanism of exercise reducing blood lipid at the molecular level.90 micewere divided into 8 groups:normal diet control group(NC),high lipid feed control group(HC),different exercise time(short,medium,long)aerobic endurance exercise with high lipid feed groups 1 and different exercise time(short,medium,long)aerobic endurance exercise with high lipid feed groups 2.The mice of HC and exercise groups were fed with high lipid diet for hyperlipemia mice model,and then the mice were subjected to aerobic endurance exercise training(exercise groups 2 with normal diet feed).After the training,the eyeball of the mice was taken out and the blood was gained and the levels of blood lipid,the activities of serum lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase(LCAT)and citrate synthase(CS)were measured.Meanwhile,the liver and heart of mice were taken out,the activities of long chain hydroxyl acyl coenzyme A dehydrogenase(HACD)of the liver,cytochrome oxidase (CCO)of heart,lipoprotein lipase of heart(LPL),hepatic lipase(HL)were assayed.The results showed that aerobic endurance exercise has obvious effects of reducing the contents of TG,TC,LDL-C and increasing the content of HDL-C as well as the ratio of HDL-C/TC,the effect of exercise groups 2 with normal diet feed was more remarkable.Aerobic endurance exercise can,to some extent,increase the activities of LCAT,CS,HACD,CCO,LPL and HL( P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05),however,the enzymatic changes in exercise group 1 and exercise group 2 were not significantly different.The study makes clear that aerobic endurance exercise can change the activities of the key enzymes involved in glucose,fat and cholesterol metabolism,enhance fatty acid oxidation,reduce liver fat synthesis,enhance liver cholesterol conversion,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing blood lipids,and the effect significantly correlat
