摘　　要：由于国内电动燃油泵电机碳换向器的碳片完全依赖进口,且高温焊接效率低,制约了国内碳换向器的规模化生产。本文介绍了采用自行研发的碳片和相关的低温焊接技术生产的碳换向器及其使用效果。The carbon disk of domestic electric fuel pump commutator completely depends on import, and the high-temperature welding is not effective, which hinders the domestic large-scale carbon commutator production. This paper introduces the application effectiveness of the carbon commutator, which uses self-developed carbon disk and low-temperature welding technique.
