摘 要:采用Carey-Lea方法制备了纳米银颗粒,以其为导电填料,与聚苯胺、瓜尔豆胶和盐酸配制成水性纳米银导电墨水。采用丝网印刷方法将墨水印制在棉织物基底上,利用扫描电镜以及四探针法研究了纳米银、聚苯胺、盐酸、烧结工艺等对印制样品的显微结构和导电性的影响。结果表明,随着纳米银质量分数的增加,颗粒间致密性和导电性逐渐增强。当纳米银质量分数为16%时,室温下烧结的样品方阻为6. 78Ω·^(-1);随着HCl加入量增加,室温烧结样品的颗粒间的致密性和导电性先增加而后下降;热烧结工艺有利于改善颗粒间的致密性和导电性;随着聚苯胺含量的增加,导电性逐渐增强。Nano - silver particles were prepared by Carey - Lea method, and the nano - silver particles conductive ink wereprepared with as-synthesized nano - silver particles as conductive phases in the presence of the polyaniline, guar and hydrochloricacid. The conductive ink was printed on the cotton fabric. The effects of the mass fraction of nano – silver particles, polyaniline,hydrochloric acid, and sintering process on the microstructure and electrical properties of samples were investigated by scanningelectron microscopy and four -point probe method. The results showed that the conductivity of the sample of the sintered particlesincreased with increasing mass fraction of nano-silver particles. When the mass fraction of nano-silver particles is 16%, the sheetresistance of room temperature sintered sample is 6. 78 Ω· -1. With the increment of HCl, the density and conductivity of roomtemperature sintered sample first increases and then decreases. The heat treatment is helpful for the improvement of density andconductivity of the sample. Meanwhile, the conductivity of the sample gradually increases with the increment of polyaniline.
