摘　　要：围绕长沙有线城域网IP电视业务的实施和应用展开叙述,IP电视业务作为广电宽带网络中的创新应用,让广电业务走向多元化。IP电视业务实现中融入组播技术、PON接入技术并结合市场策略进行了业务拓展上的探讨。Based on the implementation and application of the IP TV service of Changsha Cable Metropolitan Area Network,the IP TV service,as an innovative application in the broadband network of broadcasting and television,has diversified the broadcasting and TV service. In the realization of IP TV service,the integration of multicast technology and PON access technology and the integration of market strategies have been carried out.
