摘　　要：用计算机管理海量的OLT是广电运维部门的一种计算机技术的创新应用,在日常应用中都是依靠手工命令行配置用户端,现在电信运营商慢慢地把后端系统的配置与前端系统开户相关联,在具体整合的过程中,我们先利用计算机技术解决空窗期。OLT远程配置管理系统的开发主要运用了VB的面向对象的特点,开发过程主要包含后端的数据库的建立以及前端的窗口程序的开发,对于数据库,主要要求易用性及安全性,对于后者主要要求程序易用性及功能方便交互等特点。Managing massive OLT with computer in daily operation and maintenance is an innovative application of computer technology in radio and television operation and maintenance department. In daily application,it relies on manual command to configure the client side. Now telecom operators are slowly associating the configuration of back-end system with the opening of front-end system account. In the process of integration,we first use computer technology to solve the empty window period. The development of OLT remote configuration management system has mainly applied the object-oriented characteristics of VB and included the establishment of the back-end database and the development of the front-end window program. For the database,the requirements are mainly the ease of use and security,and for the latter,the easy-to-use program and convenient interactive functions are mainly required.
