摘 要:在气田开采中,通常向采气管线注入甲醇以抑制天然气水合物并降低其凝点,从而产生了气田含醇污水。在对天然气处理厂在精馏回收甲醇之前,需要对含醇污水进行预处理,以除去水中的铁离子。本文通过对米脂天然气处理厂气田污水处理系统运行现状分析,在加药除铁药剂种类及加药量已优化的基础上,针对现场加药除铁工艺参数的不足,对其工艺参数进行优化,优化后的加药除铁工艺参数为:40℃下,搅拌速率为500 r/min,加药间隔60 s,静置50 min,以促使气田污水处理系统较原加药工艺在增效、节能、降耗等方面得到更佳的效果。In gasfield mining, methanol is usually injected into the gas flow line to suppress gas hydrate and lower its freezing point.Thereby, the alcoholic sewage in the gasfield is produced. Before reclaiming methanol from a natural gas processing plant, the alcohol-containing sewage needs to be pretreated to remove iron ions from the water.This paper analyzes the current status of the operation of the gas processing system of the Mizhi natural gas treatment plant. On the basis of the optimization of the type and dosage of the iron-removing agent, in view of the shortage of on-site dosing and iron removal process parameters, the process parameters are optimized. The optimized process parameters of adding and removing iron are, at 40℃, the stirring rate is 500 r/min, the dosing interval is 60 s, and the reaction is allowed to stand for 50min.In order to promote the gasfield sewage treatment system to achieve better results in terms of efficiency, energy saving and consumption reduction than the original dosing process.
