摘 要:导热油作为一种传热介质已被广泛应用于石油化工、造纸纺织、航空航天等各个行业。某天然气净化厂建厂时采用导热油供热,根据运行效果评价,导热油供热系统具有高温低压、热效率高、系统耗水量小、温度易于控制等优点,且数字化水平高、安全可靠、经济节能且运行平稳、操作维护简便等优点。为此,对两座净化厂采用导热油供热进行可行性分析,并进行投资预算及能耗分析,为导热油供热系统在天然气净化厂推广应用提供技术指导。Heat conducting oil as a heat transfer medium has been widely used in petrochemical,paper-making and textile, aerospace and other industries.A natural gas purification plant was built with heat-conducting oil for heating. According to the evaluation of operation effect, the heating system by heat-conducting oil has the advantages of high temperature and low pressure, high thermal efficiency, low water consumption, easy temperature control, high digital level, safety and reliability, economic and energy-saving, stable operation and easy maintenance. In order to provide technical guidance for the popularization and application of heat-conducting oil heating system in natural gas purification plant, the feasibility analysis, investment budget and energy consumption analysis of two purification plants using heat- conducting oil heating were carried out.
