摘　　要：清管技术在油气集输中是一种常用的用来清除管道内杂质、积液及腐蚀产物的有效方法,将管道内杂质、积液清出,以达到提高输送效率以及管道内壁腐蚀防护的目的。为确保采气管线高效平稳运行,降低清管作业风险,保障下游集气站内设备运行安全,需加强清管保障措施。本文通过对采气管线清管风险探讨,对清管作业过程进行分析,制定气田采气管线清管保障措施。Pigging operation is an effective method for removing impurities, fluids and corrosion products from the pipeline, it can improve transport efficiency and prevent corrosion of pipe inner walls. To ensure efficient and smooth operation of the pipeline,reduce risk of pigging operation,and protect equipment of downstream gas gathering station, strengthening safeguards of pigging operation is quite necessary.The thesis researches the process and hazard of pigging operation, and finally proposes the suitable measurement for pigging.
